Dry Needling
Dry needling involves insertion of a solid filament needle into a muscle in order to cause that specific muscle to relax via a local twitch response. Extremely effective in treating a variety of orthopedic conditions involving muscle tightness including neck pain, low back pain, shoulder pain, etc.

Cupping
A form of tissue distraction, cupping causes the skin to rise and the blood vessels to expand. It enhances the release of the interfaces between the fascia and muscle resulting in improved muscle performance. Seen in Olympic athletes, cupping is commonly used to enhance sports performance.

Manual therapy
Manual therapy has been proven to be an effective approach in treating limited range of motion, muscle pain, and joint pain. Manual therapy includes a variety of techniques including soft tissue mobilization, massage, passive stretching, joint manipulation, mobilization.
