Steven Schwab PT, DPT
Owner/ Physical Therapist
Steven has been a physical therapist since 2015, all of which has been in the outpatient setting. Steven graduated from Louisiana State University in 2007 with his Bachelor's in Kinesiology. He then attended the University of St. Augustine in Florida where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015. Steven opened Geaux Physical Therapy in 2021 to pursue his passion for sports rehab.
Being a sports enthusiast himself, Steven loves working with athletes of all ages. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, working out and fishing. His wife Susan, is a teacher at Lexington; together they have
two children, Hudson and Claire.

Tara LaSuzzo PT, DPT
Tara has been practicing as a physical therapist for almost 17 years in the outpatient setting treating a variety of musculoskeletal and spine conditions. A native of Mississippi, she received her education at Mississippi State University and the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She has enjoyed living in Monroe for the past 7 years with her husband, Jordan, and their two children, Steel and Teagan.
Kelsey Hankins PTA
Kelsey, originally from Mississippi, has resided in Monroe for the past ten years her spouse, Zack, and their two children. She has served as a licensed PTA in the outpatient setting for thirteen years. Kelsey values the opportunity to work with patients representing a broad spectrum of of diagnosis and backgrounds. Drawing on her experience as a former gymnast and cheerleads, she is deeply committed to assisting athletes in returning to their sports safely.
Zach earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Harding University in 2023 and has experience in outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehab, school-based therapy, and sports medicine with Louisiana Tech athletics. A Louisiana Tech alumnus with a background in business and kinesiology, Zach is passionate about fitness and integrates aerobic and strength training into his treatments. He enjoys helping patients of all ages- especially active adults and athletes- achieve their health and performance goals. Outside the clinic, Zach enjoys working out and traveling with his wife, Anna, a physical therapist at Ochsner LSU Health in Monroe.
